CK222 Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules & User Agreement

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the CK222 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all users of the platform regardless of how they access it — through a web browser, the CK222 mobile app or any other method.

These Terms and Conditions should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, both of which form part of your overall agreement with CK222. In the event of a conflict between these documents, these Terms and Conditions take precedence.

CK222 reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use CK222. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement. CK222 does not accept registrations from individuals under 18 under any circumstances. If we have reason to believe an account is held by an underage user, the account will be suspended pending verification and closed if the suspicion is confirmed.

Registration Information

When registering, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth and a valid contact number or email address. You are responsible for keeping your registration details up to date. CK222 may request documentation to verify the information you provide at any point.

One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active CK222 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names or different contact details — is a breach of these terms. Accounts found to be duplicates will be closed and any bonus funds will be forfeited. Genuine winnings held in a primary account may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your CK222 account. This includes keeping your password confidential and not sharing your login credentials with any other person. CK222 will never ask you for your password by phone, email or any other channel.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact CK222 support immediately. Any activity that takes place under your login credentials before you notify us of a security breach remains your responsibility.

• Do not share your login details with anyone, including family members.
• Use a strong and unique password for your CK222 account.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Enable any two-factor authentication options offered by the platform.

4 Deposits and Payments

CK222 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported payment methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfers, debit and credit cards and other mobile wallets as made available on the platform from time to time.

Deposit Conditions

• All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum deposit amounts may apply depending on the payment method selected.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance promptly after confirmation from the payment provider. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically reflected within seconds.
• CK222 does not charge deposit fees on standard payment methods. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges — this is outside our control.
• Do not deposit funds intended for essential expenses such as rent, groceries or bills. CK222 is an entertainment platform and should be funded only from discretionary income.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the payment method used for your most recent deposit where technically possible. CK222 processes withdrawals in PKR to local methods including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and bank accounts registered to the account holder.

Withdrawal Conditions

• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed in the withdrawal section of your account.
• Withdrawals can only be made to payment accounts that are registered in your own name, matching the details on your CK222 account.
• CK222 may request identity verification documents before processing withdrawals, particularly for large amounts or first-time withdrawals. This is a standard process to protect account holders.
• Bonus funds that have not completed the required wagering are not available for withdrawal. Only real-money balances and fully wagered bonus funds are eligible.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by method. Mobile wallet withdrawals are typically faster than bank transfers.
• VIP account holders benefit from priority withdrawal processing and higher withdrawal limits as described in the VIP terms.

Refused Withdrawals

CK222 reserves the right to refuse or delay a withdrawal request if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, identity concerns or a breach of these terms. In such cases, we will contact you to resolve the matter.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

CK222 offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets and seasonal promotions tied to events such as PSL, T20 tournaments and other cricket fixtures.

General Bonus Terms

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The wagering requirement for each offer will be clearly stated when the promotion is presented to you.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period specified. Expired bonuses are forfeited.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• CK222 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time. If a bonus is cancelled after it has been accepted, any wagering completed towards the requirement will be taken into account fairly.
• Free bets and bonus credits cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated from wagering bonus funds — once the wagering requirement is met — are available for withdrawal.

Bonus Abuse

CK222 monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, using bonuses across multiple accounts or coordinating activity with other players to exploit promotional offers. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have promotions removed and may be subject to account review or closure.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

CK222 offers sports betting across cricket, PSL, T20, international fixtures, football, esports and other markets, as well as casino games including slots, fish games and live tables in the game lobby. The following rules apply across all gaming and betting activity on the platform.

Betting Rules

• All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Odds can change up to the point a bet is confirmed — the confirmed odds will be shown in your bet receipt.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled except where a cash-out option is available and the offer remains open.
• CK222 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets that were offered in error, where odds were clearly incorrect or where the outcome was already known at the time of placing.
• In-play betting markets close at the point stated in the relevant market rules. Bets placed after the market has closed will be voided.

Casino and Game Rules

• Technical faults during a game session will be handled in accordance with the specific game's malfunction policy. Generally, if a round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the stake for that round will be returned.

8 VIP Programme

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on CK222. Engaging in any of these will result in account suspension, permanent closure and possible forfeiture of funds depending on the nature of the breach.

• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Registering more than one account for any reason.
• Providing false or misleading registration information.
• Using another person's payment details to fund your account.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs or system vulnerabilities.
• Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes or market pricing.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using the platform for any financial activity unrelated to legitimate gaming entertainment.
• Abusing bonuses or promotions as described in Section 6.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the CK222 platform — including the website design, logos, game interfaces, text, graphics, icons and software — is the property of CK222 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from or commercially exploit any part of the CK222 platform or its content without prior written permission.

11 Limitation of Liability

CK222 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain consistent uptime and service quality, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times.

• CK222 is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, technical faults or interruptions outside our reasonable control.
• CK222 is not responsible for any betting or gaming decisions made by users. All wagers are placed voluntarily by the account holder.
• We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions.
• CK222's total liability to any user in connection with any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the net amount deposited by that user in the preceding 30-day period.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12 Account Suspension and Closure

CK222 may suspend or permanently close an account at any time if there is reasonable evidence of a breach of these Terms and Conditions. We may also close an account at our own discretion, providing reasonable notice where possible.

Closure by the Platform

If an account is closed by CK222 due to a breach of terms — such as fraud, underage use, multi-accounting or prohibited conduct — real-money funds genuinely deposited by the account holder may be returned at our discretion after investigation. Bonus funds and winnings generated through dishonest activity will be forfeited.

Closure by the Player

You may close your account at any time by contacting CK222 support. Any real-money balance in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method after identity verification, subject to withdrawal conditions. Accounts closed for self-exclusion reasons will not be reopened during the exclusion period.

13 Responsible Gaming
